Company policy

 Today's our company would not be here without understanding of firm business policy and established company structure by all employees in spirit of difficult economic condition. Our business stance is "customer first priority", which has inherited from previous president, will never change.
 
 It is bit surprising that we do not have sales department, because we are able to deal with customer's needs, try to erase barrier between vakued customer and production side, and to communicate with valued customer for day-to-day's business handling , which play a role as sales and marketing. In addition to this, we have acquired ISO 9001 in the year of 2004 which makes all requests and claims to go to gather on the executive side.
 
Based on the relationship and trust we have built,  Nippon Carbon, one of our main business partner, not only subcontracts approximately 99% of CCM but also offers us from material management, product inspection to last  shipment to end user.
 
In order to go next stage, it is surely necessary to take a full-responsibility for quality assurance and strict delivery date based on our business policy as following,

・Daily work means our sales activity
 
 Furthemore, we put our best effort to handle more promptly from valued customer's needs by taking advantage of technical skill, challenging spiritual and internal know how.
